Welcome to AnySTL! By purchasing and downloading our STL files, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Sale. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Licensing

  • All STL files sold on our store are for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you can use them to create 3D printed objects for yourself or as gifts, but you cannot sell the printed objects or use the files for any commercial purpose.
  • Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of the STL files themselves is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not modify the STL files and claim them as your own or sell modified versions.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All files sold on AnySTL are original works and are protected by copyright laws. AnySTL retains all intellectual property rights to the files.
  • You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, reselling, or sharing these files in any format, except as allowed for personal use under Section 1.

3. Order Acceptance and Payment

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected STL file(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer at our discretion.
  • Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods.
  • All prices are final at checkout. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

4. Delivery & Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a downloadable PDF containing the link(s) to access your purchased STL file(s).
  • A download button will also appear instantly on the order confirmation page.
  • Files are provided with lifetime access and unlimited downloads for personal use.
  • You'll need to request access to the shared folder on Google Drive using the link provided in the PDF. We typically approve access requests within 24 hours.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have compatible 3D printers, software, and the necessary skills to use the STL files.
  • AnySTL does not provide technical support for printer or software-related issues.

6. Updates & Modifications

  • We strive to provide the best possible products. Customers will receive free updates to purchased STL files when available.
  • AnySTL reserves the right to change product prices or these Terms of Sale at any time. We will post any updates on our website.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
